Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

AcqNest is a trade name of MVMP LLC ("AcqNest," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of AcqNest. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use AcqNest for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

AcqNest provides software for organizing property listings, estimating rent and expenses, applying configurable investment rules, generating deal scores, and managing an acquisition pipeline. Results are estimates and decision-support information, not professional advice or a promise of investment performance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials and recovery codes, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use AcqNest unlawfully or to discriminate in housing or lending.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, provider quotas, or access restrictions.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute provider data except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or access another user’s account or data.
• Use AcqNest to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellation timing, refunds, and plan limits are described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy. Stripe processes payments on our behalf.

Third-party data and services

AcqNest may rely on third-party property, rental, mapping, email, billing, and hosting services. Availability and accuracy may change. You are responsible for independently verifying listing status, ownership, rent, taxes, insurance, condition, zoning, financing, and all other material facts.

Ownership

AcqNest and its software, design, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using AcqNest and cancel a paid plan through the billing page.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcqNest is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete data, deal availability, financing, profitability, or a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcqNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
