Privacy Policy

AcqNest is a trade name of MVMP LLC ("AcqNest," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how AcqNest collects, uses, and protects information when you use our property-acquisition analysis service.

Information we collect

• Account information, including your name, organization or investor name, email address, and authentication settings.
• Investment preferences, including buy boxes, ZIP codes, financing assumptions, saved deals, offers, and alert preferences.
• When you request an owner lookup, public property-ownership information such as owner names, owner type, mailing address, and owner-occupancy status supplied by our property-data provider.
• Billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by Stripe. AcqNest does not store complete payment-card numbers.
• Technical and operational information such as login activity, provider usage, error logs, browser information, and security events.
• Communications you send to AcqNest support.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure AcqNest, evaluate listings against your buy box, calculate recommendations, send requested account and deal notifications, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Service providers

AcqNest uses service providers that process limited information on our behalf, including Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, RentCast for property and rent data, and infrastructure providers used to host the application and database. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy terms.

Cookies and authentication

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain session security, remember authentication choices, and protect forms. Disabling essential cookies may prevent AcqNest from functioning.

Property-owner information

Owner information is loaded only when an authorized user requests it for a property available to that user's account. AcqNest caches the result for seven days to reduce repeated provider requests. Public records may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, so users must independently verify ownership before relying on the information or contacting anyone. AcqNest must not be used for unlawful or unsolicited outreach.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, accounting, and operational purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account and notification settings in AcqNest. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

Children

AcqNest is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
