Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Effective August 1, 2026

Free trial

New eligible accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial. Trial access ends automatically unless the account starts a paid subscription. We may limit trials to one per person, organization, or payment method and may revoke trials obtained through abuse or misrepresentation.

Paid plans

AcqNest offers monthly recurring Starter, Investor, and Pro plans. The price and included limits displayed at checkout apply to your subscription. Stripe processes payments and provides receipts and billing-management tools.

Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month using the payment method on file until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. We will provide notice before a material price change takes effect where required.

Cancellation

You may cancel from the AcqNest Plans and Billing page. Unless Stripe displays a different effective date during confirmation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues until that date, and the subscription will not renew afterward.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Failed payments and access

If payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and request updated payment information. AcqNest may restrict paid features while an account is past due and may end access if payment remains unresolved.

Plan changes

Available upgrades and downgrades are managed through Plans and Billing. Stripe will show any proration, credit, charge, and effective date before you confirm a change.
